Hypnosis is a natural state that occurs when we focus on something, forgetting about our surroundings. This experience is common in daily life, such as when driving, watching TV, or reading a book. In a hypnosis session, the practitioner guides the individual to reach this state by engaging the conscious mind, allowing access to the subconscious. Here, deep-seated beliefs, often from childhood, can be identified, removed if they no longer serve us, and replaced with new, positive ones, much like updating a computer.
During hypnosis, with the practitioner’s assistance, you willingly relax into an altered state of mind. This relaxation quietens the Ego, freeing you from judgment and criticism. Beneath the surface of your everyday waking state lies the Subconscious mind, which seeks your happiness and health. Surprisingly, the Subconscious drives 85% of your decisions and actions, while the Conscious mind (or Ego) is responsible for only 15%, contrary to popular belief.
Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for altering beliefs, understanding situations, and changing habits. It allows access to the deeper layers of the Subconscious where negative beliefs, emotions, and actions are stored. What is the process for hypnosis session?
Hypnosis sessions are done online via Google Meet or Zoom. You will remain conscious the whole time. You will hear everything I say to you, but sometimes, you may feel like you’re somewhere else. It is a relaxing experience with long-term effects. Each hypnosis session is unique and tailored to your needs and goals.

Introduction and Goal Setting
We’ll start by discussing your goals for the session and how hypnosis works. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.

Induction
I will guide you into a state of deep relaxation using progressive relaxation techniques or visualization exercises.
3.
Deepening
Once you are relaxed, I will use additional techniques to deepen the state of hypnosis, such as counting down from a number or using soothing imagery.
4.
Suggestion
With your consent, I will provide suggestions tailored to your goals, such as overcoming a phobia or breaking a habit.
5.
Reorientation
Towards the end of the session, I will guide you back to full awareness. You may feel refreshed and relaxed after the session.
